Criminal Law News

Three MSBA Certified Criminal Law Specialists were recently appointed to the Bench.  

Judge Charles D. Halvorson was appointed to the Ninth Judicial District by Governor Mark Dayton on December 24, 2018.  Judge Halvorson is chambered in the Cass County Courthouse in Walker, MN.

Judge Reynaldo A. Aligada, Jr. was appointed to the Second Judicial District by Governor Tim Walz on September 23, 2019.  Judge Aligada is chambered in the Ramsey County Courthouse in St. Paul, MN.

Judge Jade M. Rosenfeldt was appointed to the Seventh Judicial District by Governor Tim Walz on November 1, 2019.  Judge Rosenfeldt is chambered in the Clay County Courthouse in Moorhead, MN.
