Join attorney, Sarah Bushnell, for a discussion of important changes to employment leave and wage disclosure laws in Minnesota. This presentation will cover several law changes, including Minnesota’s new Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) paid leave law.  The discussion will cover ESST’s application to various classes of employees and resulting changes to employment policies and handbooks. Sarah will also explore changes to unpaid parenting leave in Minnesota. You’ll discover the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers when it comes to parental leave. Finally, Sarah will share an overview of wage disclosure and privacy laws in Minnesota to help your organization comply with these requirements.
