Event Description
Register By: May 30th
A panel including attorneys
from law firms and an in-house legal department will
address a series of recent changes in federal civil antitrust
enforcement. Topics will include updates on the horizontal merger guidelines,
the DOJ's recent withdrawal of health care-related antitrust enforcement policy statements, the FTC's
proposed ban on non-compete clauses, and the FTC's policy statement
on Section 5
enforcement.
The sections annual meeting and
elections will take place before the CLE portion. A vote on the Antitrust Law Section Bylaws will also
take place during the annual
meeting.
