This open discussion will focus on the
SSA's disability hearing process from the perspective of an Administrative Law
Judge. ALJ Virginia Kuhn will lead the discussion, addressing topics including, but not limited to, procedural hearing
do's and do nots, tips for persuasive claimant testimony, and challenges to
ME and/or VE testimony. The format is open discussion/Q&A. Lunch will be provided
for in-person attendees.
