Description:
The Social Security Disability Law Section
invites you to join our monthly virtual gathering to learn about
new and/or existing rules and policies and other updates to Social
Security practice.
This month’s
topics will focus on hearing tactics/issues, such as “10-minute direct examination”, “vacations”,
amending the onset date, the five-day rule, and more. We may
also discuss the 2022 Waterfall Chart.
Please come prepared to discuss and share your questions,
experiences, strategies, and tips. These roundtable brown bag discussions are an
informal forum for you to discuss and ask questions of other
practitioners.
