A panel including federal and state antitrust enforcers as
well as white-collar defense attorneys will share their insights on hot topics
and recent developments in criminal antitrust. Federal topics will include the
DOJ’s high-profile no-poach cases, its recent criminal monopolization
prosecutions, and its bid-rigging and price-fixing enforcement, including the
Procurement Collusion Strike Force. We’ll also address state antitrust
enforcement, such as current enforcement priorities and recent prosecutions.
This CLE will be followed by a section business
meeting.
Light
refreshments and a happy hour will also be available after the
event.
