Elder Law 101| Litigation Issue Spotting

Event Description

Online registration is closed. To register, email Tram Nguyen at tnguyen@mnbars.org.

The daily life of an elderly or disabled client may present multiple causes of action.  We need to do better to help protect our clients.  This one hour summary will help practitioners identify different causes of action and spot the telltale signs.  We are not all litigators, but we know attorneys who do litigate in this area and our clients need to see the litigator to determine the strength of their case.  Let’s help get them there.

This program is co-sponsored by the Elder Law Section and MN-NAELA.
