Description:

To lead off the 2022-2023 ADR Section CLE programming, you will hear from Robert “Baruch” Bush, a leading transformational mediation expert, professor, and co-author of “The Promise of Mediation” among other books and publications.

Baruch will share the dimensions of the transformative approach to conflict and mediation, including, 1) the interactional view of conflict, 2) taking self-determination seriously, and 3) connecting practice to premises.
