Antitrust laws are capable of
protecting market participants and entrants through vigorous and consistent
enforcement. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison and members of his
Antitrust team will discuss: 1) priority areas, including agriculture, health
care, labor and tech; 2) outreach to educate and inform on identifying and
reporting antitrust violations; and 3) proposed legislation to update and
strengthen Minnesota’s antitrust
laws.
The sections annual meeting and elections will
take place before the CLE
portion.
