Co-sponsored by the Real
Property Section and Certified Legal Specialists Program
This course will cover prelien notices,
persons entitled to mechanic's liens and property interests subject to mechanic's liens. The course
will also cover payment and lien waivers, the mechanic's lien statement, priority,
foreclosure actions, foreclosure sales and redemption. Further, the course will discuss recent case developments. This
course is a great review for attorneys preparing for the
Real Property Law Specialist Certification Examination scheduled for Saturday, April 30, 2022. This
presentation is also a good review for any attorney practicing in
this area.
