Join us for the 8th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute! This will be a completely virtual event, featuring 3.0 hours of CLE credits over two days. Whether you are looking to learn more about a growing and important field or are already a seasoned practitioner, the Institute aims to offer you something interesting.

10:00 AM     How to Read a Privacy Policy
This presentation consists of an overview of legislative trends in privacy law, and then takes a deep dive into the ubiquitous privacy policy. Issues considered will include the legal requirements of a privacy policy, how to interpret common variations in language, and how a privacy policy impacts an organization.
