The biggest push for new antitrust
policy proposals in a generation has been underway during the Biden
Administration. The MSBA is pleased to have Amy Klobuchar’s Chief Antitrust
Counsel Marc Lanoue and seasoned antitrust litigator and general counsel Pat
Pasacrella as panelists. Mr. Lanoue and Mr. Pascarella will discuss some of the
proposals that Congress is currently considering, including the bills aimed at
reigning in “Big Tech.”
