This session will be REMOTE-ONLY participation.

Discussion Topic:

Ethics in ADR. This roundtable session is an informal get together with an introductory topic followed by a social check in. The overall topic is “ethics.”  There will be an introductory commentary on ethics exploring seven principles and practices followed by a general discussion. Sessions are fun and informal - please join us.  

These informal roundtable gatherings are hosted by the MSBA ADR Section. Participation is open to fellow section members and non-members alike, whether you are an attorney, Rule 114 Neutral, or not.  Although specific topics will be featured, discussion is not limited to the proposed and guided topic.

Registration is optional but encouraged in order to receive remote instructions directly and in advance.

CLE Credits:

There is no CLE Credit offered.              

Cost:

Free. There is no cost to attend.

Webcast and/or phone participation only via Zoom.
