In this CLE, Construction
Section members and former Section Chairs Jennifer Thompson and Mark Becker will
discuss the ins-and-outs of the construction statute of limitations.
Jennifer and Mark will discuss the new Minnesota Supreme Court case of Moore
v. Robinson Environmental, in which Jennifer and Mark filed an
amicus brief on behalf of the
section. The Supreme Court provided important clarifications to the
statute of limitations that Construction Section members need to know.
Jennifer and Mark will also discuss the Supreme Court’s invitation for Section
participation in the case and MSBA processes for amicus
participation.
