CLE.
This one-hour program will pick up
where the annual caselaw update left off, providing an overview of
pandemic-relief legislation and its relevance to bankruptcy practitioners.
Learn about topics such as the CARES Act, the Consolidated Appropriations Act,
SBA lending programs, and other forms of relief to struggling families and
businesses as the economic fallout of the pandemic continues. Learn how these
latest amendments to the Bankruptcy Code impact your practice and clients. Also,
explore what other amendments may be on the
horizon.
