Recent election results combined with the pandemic’s economic and budgetary fallout have created an exceptionally challenging tax policy-making environment in 2021. A closer look at the set up for the 2021 Legislative Session, what will likely be pursued, what should be pursued, and the potential impact of federal actions on this decision-making.
