Due to the current situation, this meeting is REMOTE-ONLY
participation. There will be NO in-person
attendance.
The MSBA Administrative Law Section will hold its Annual
Meeting and Elections on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM. All
are invited to attend this virtual meeting.
The meeting will include:

Updates from the Section Chair;
• Elections for the Section’s new officers
and council members for the 2020-2021 term. Information regarding the slate of

Professor David Schultz’s summary of recent Minnesota administrative law cases;

Jenny Starr regarding the Office of Administrative Hearings’ response and operational
changes in light of COVID-19;
