the ADR Section will be hosting a
LIVE REPEAT SESSION again.

bar association programming is currently REMOTE-ONLY participation. There

Now that we have all moved to physical distancing… and we don’t
know when it might end, many of us are moving our ADR practice online. In this
session, we will explore the ethical considerations practitioners should keep in
mind whatever platform you use.
