In-Person Only Event

Join 250-hour certified yoga instructor Emily Weeks for a Friday evening yoga flow to transition to the weekend. Beginner to advanced yogis are all encouraged to join this welcoming and approachable class at Carpe Diem Yoga Studio. Emily will guide the group through a series of yoga poses linked with intentional breath work to encourage presence and create a sense of calm. Pose modifications and up-levels will be offered so that everyone feels comfortable joining in no matter their experience level.

Come prepared with a yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel.
