Productive meetings start with a basic understanding of the rules that
structure efficient process and decision-making. Every lawyer should know the
basics of parliamentary law and procedure, including Roberts Rules of Order, in
order to participate effectively. Because these rules and processes are not
always intuitive, this CLE will provide viewers with an overview, as well as
guidance on structuring organizations and meetings. Viewers will also learn the
background behind parliamentary law and how it applies to both public and
private bodies.
This CLE is approved for credit through
June 27, 2021.
