ENRE Clerkship Program

The Environment, Natural Resources, and Energy Law section of the Minnesota State Bar Association provides a grant  each year to support a law student summer clerkship in the fields of environmental or energy law with a governmental entity, non-profit organization, or law firm.

Congratulations to the ENRE 2021 Summer Clerkship Recipients!

She completed her thesis in 2018, titled "Nonprofit Litigation Success in Clean Water Act Cases at the United States Court of Appeals: Ability to Achieve Social Change in Environmental Policy." Currently, Kayla is the Production Editor of the Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice and President of the Mitchell Hamline Environmental Law Society.
