The Commission on Judicial Selection announced it is recommending three candidates for consideration to fill the current vacancy in Minnesota’s 10th Judicial District. This vacancy occurred upon the death of the Honorable Tammi A. Fredrickson and will be chambered at Anoka in Anoka County.

Gov. Walz announces upcoming vacancies on the Minnesota Court of Appeals

Governor Walz announced today that two judgeship vacancies are occurring on Minnesota’s Court of Appeals. These vacancies will occur upon the retirements later this year of the Honorable Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks and the Honorable Heidi S. Schellhas. Judge Halbrooks’ seat represents the Fifth Congressional District and Judge Schellhas serves in an at-large capacity.
