Join us for a two-part skills refresher series to learn
the best trial practices (and what practices to avoid) through engaging live
demonstrations. Each course will include multiple demonstrations focusing on a
particular set of trial skills such as direct examination, cross examinations,
use of exhibits and demonstratives, impeachment, and how to respond to
objections. The demonstrations will include ‘best’ practices as well as
‘discouraged’ practices, so attendees can experience each in real time and learn
from the
experience. Sample trial materials will be provided to participants in
advance of the live demonstrations.
