Remote Only Event
This program will include tips and observations of three
experienced arbitrators and arbitration advocates on the best practices at
arbitration. The program will be focused on preparation, ethical
approaches to the hearing, tips for effective presentation and advocacy, and
related matters. Participants will learn how arbitrators approach hearings
and how advocates perceive arbitrators. The goal is to provide ways to
promote efficiency and fairness in arbitration matters.
