In Person Only Event
One of the first landmark environmental laws, the
Endangered Species Act, was passed 50 years ago. What has happened in past 50
years? What are its successes and failures? What comes next? Is a 20th century
law ready for the challenges of the 21st century, including climate change and
the growing threat of species extinction? Join us for a panel who will explore
the past and look into the future. We will have birthday cake too! Then stay
immediately following the CLE for our annual reception for law student and new
lawyers interested in environmental law.
You
may attend the reception for free and do not need to attend
the CLE. To register for the reception only, please email Tram Nguyen at tnguyen@mnbars.org.
