The goal of this session is to provide attendees with a foundational
knowledge of the Administrative Procedures Act ("APA"). The focus will be on the
history of the APA, a discussion of caselaw surrounding the APA, the potential
ongoing impact for taxpayers, and opportunities to utilize the APA in advocacy
situations.
