The Tax Section is hosting a CLE program/networking event
at Park Tavern in St. Louis Park on January 19 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The CLE
program will begin at 3:00 p.m. The Section will provide appetizers as well as
host the bar for drinks. Please RSVP by January 10 so we appropriately plan for
the event. We look forward to seeing you there!
The goal of this session is to
provide attendees with an update to recent tax controversy decisions at both the
state and federal level. The focus will be on decisions from Minnesota and the
United States Tax Court, with updates from other jurisdictions where
appropriate, particularly if those decisions could shed light on what to expect
in the future.
