client files for bankruptcy? Join us as Fredrikson & Byron bankruptcy
shareholder, Steve Kinsella, provides a refresher on bankruptcy law basics
including the differences between the different types of bankruptcies and the
bankruptcy process. We will also discuss the rights your company has
against a bankrupt client. Finally, Steve will provide practical steps
that in-house counsel should take after receiving notice from a client that they
have filed for
bankruptcy.
