The daily life of an elderly or
disabled client may present multiple causes of action. We need to do
better to help protect our clients. This one hour summary will help
practitioners identify different causes of action and spot the telltale
signs. We are not all litigators, but we know attorneys who do litigate in
this area and our clients need to see the litigator to determine the strength of
their case. Let’s help get them there.
