This singular course provides an overview of
some of the latest cutting-edge issues in state and federal water
law impacting agriculture. Attorneys Dean Zimmerli, Gislason & Hunter, LLP, and
Jerry Von Korff, Rinke Noonan, Ltd., will present on state issues related
to the Minnesota public drainage code (ch. 103E) and the
Minnesota Public Waters Inventory law (ch. 103G). On the federal level,
Attorney Jayne Esch, Rinke Noonan, Ltd., will present on emerging developments related to
the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service’s management of its waterfowl production
area easements.
