Event Description
The COVID-19
pandemic has raised many new challenges for attorneys. Senior Assistant Director
Karin Ciano and Assistant Director Pa Nhia Vang from the Minnesota Office of
Lawyers Professional Responsibility will address various topics including
maintaining remote communication with clients, preserving confidentiality in a
home office, developing tech competence for virtual hearings and depositions,
supervising remote employees, ensuring matters are diligently pursued, and
supporting the wellbeing of attorneys and staff in these difficult times.
This CLE will focus on these topics to aid practitioners
in effectively operating to meet ethical obligations and in representing
clients’
interests.
