law in a small community; the pros and cons of practicing solo or with a
partner; practical considerations in creating/maintaining your practice, i.e.,
finding and keeping support staff, how to earn your wages, etc.; finding
additional work in the legal arena to support or supplement your income; and
family/community
considerations".

Amanda Heinrichs-Milburn is a 2018 graduate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She attended undergrad at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa. She was a judicial law clerk in Watonwan County for Judge Ferrazzano from May 2018 to February 2020. She serves on the Council as Secretary/Treasurer for the Greater Minnesota Practice Section. She currently lives in Southern Minnesota with her husband and their two dogs.
