Event Description
Hear from nationally-renowned
Ida Abbott on mentoring when hallway chats and in-person coffees are difficult,
if not impossible. Mentoring can be an effective way to create a
more inclusive culture and can produce important benefits for participants,
employers, and the legal profession. Ida has worked on improving mentoring
relationships for over 25 years. She will discuss why mentoring is
especially important in today’s socially-distanced environment, how to be
the best mentor, and how to get the most out of a mentoring
relationship. Bring your questions to this webinar for the
question-and-answer session.
