Live Webinar Program:
Discovery in arbitration differs from
discovery in state or federal court actions. This CLE will address the
legal basis for discovery in arbitration, different rules for discovery,
potential discovery tools and roadblocks to third-party discovery, and
responding to arbitration discovery. Recent court decisions on discovery
in arbitration proceedings also will be
reviewed.
