The
2020 general election was the first general election in
the nation's history held during a pandemic. It saw a flurry
of cases involving questions about how the pandemic affects voting rights
and election administration. This presentation will discuss significant
pre-election cases from 2020 and what they mean for the future of election
law and voting rights, nationally and in Minnesota.
