Throw down! The gloves are off between
seasoned lawyers—one plaintiff the other defense—as they go head-to-head on
current employment law issues related to the pandemic. They will discuss their
own experiences as well as local and national trends that employers and
employees are facing right now. This bare-knuckled parley is intended to leave
the audience with practical advice and insight on key issues faced by employers
and employees under the overlapping and intersecting federal laws, state laws,
and executive orders regarding COVID-19 in the workplace.
