Successful solo and small firms need to be nimble in order to manage
variations in workload, supplement expertise or skill sets, deliver excellent
and cost-effective legal services, build and maintain a consistent client base,
and be resilient in challenging times. This practical program will explore how
the Rules of Professional Conduct apply to and promote the nimble law
practice.
