In this course, the attorneys representing Hennepin
County and Tami Laechelt in the case Hennepin County v. Laechelt will
address the admissibility of evidence of construction related interference following the Supreme Court's
decision in that case. The attorneys will also discuss how the
Supreme Court's decision will impact how the acquiring authority and the property
owner prepare for and schedule commissioners hearings.
