Commissioner John Tuma will speak about his tenure on the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission and provide insights into his duties and responsibilities as a Commissioner.  Commissioner Tuma will also share a bit of PUC history as the PUC celebrates 150 years in 2021.  We encourage you to read the narrative written by Commissioner Tuma on the origins of the PUC and its predecessor agencies in preparation for this presentation.

Speaker:

John Tuma | Commissioner, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission

John Tuma was appointed to the Public Utilities Commission by Governor Mark Dayton, effective February 2, 2015 and reappointed by Governor Tim Walz, effective March 30, 2021.
