This is a “nuts and bolts” presentation about developing a new case from intake to trial, presented from the perspective of an experienced litigator, Melissa Stull, and a newer lawyer, Molly Hough. Another newer lawyer, Seth Zawila will join to provide perspective from the plaintiff's side.
