Join
the Labor & Employment Section of the MSBA for a moderated panel on diverse
career paths within the field of labor/employment on March 25th from 3 p.m. to
4:30 p.m. over Zoom. And there will be job postings!
A number of legal employers will be
posting student job opportunities and informational interview openings in a
virtual "Posting Parade" at the event—postings will be open to all students for
at least one week following the event.
Join us as local plaintiff's attorney
and section council member Ben Kwan moderates a rapid-fire discussion for all
the things students ought to know about pursuing a labor or employment career.
Employers with opportunities to share
in the "Posting Parade" should email Ben Kwan (ben@hallerkwan.com) to be
included.

Lauren D'Cruz, Schaefer Halleen,
representing the plaintiff-side perspective of employment litigation
Jennifer Nodes,
Jackson Lewis, P.C., will represent the management-side perspective of
employment litigation and counseling and "big" or "national"
law
Bryan Frantz, Anoka
Co. Attorney's Office, will represent the public sector employment
perspective
Antone Melton-Meaux,
Work Resolve Mediation, will represent the perspective of a mediator/ADR
practitioner and give insights on his years as an in-house
attorney
