The Administrative Law Section
invites you to attend a FREE CLE on the ethical and security issues associated
with remote law practice and court hearings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Eran Kahana, Maslon, LLP, will discuss the obligations of attorneys and suggest
best practices to ensure cybersecurity in remote practice. The Honorable Eric
Lipman, an Administrative Law Judge with the Minnesota Office of Administrative
Hearings, will explore Minnesota’s “digital divide” and describe court efforts
to ensure equal access to justice in the age of remote hearings. Finally, Bihn
Tuong, a Managing Attorney at the Office of Lawyer Professional Responsibility,
will answer common ethical questions raised to the OLPR related to law practice
during
the pandemic.
