Law Section business meeting is now meeting afterwards from 10:45 AM to
12:15 PM. All Family Law
Section members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meeting agenda and
materials will be sent closer to the meeting date.

Program Description:
This program will explore the development
of court rules for parental leave in other jurisdictions and discuss the ongoing work to propose
rule amendments for parental leave here in Minnesota. A member of the current
parental leave working group will present the current version of the proposed
rule amendments, discuss their development, and take questions and comments as to how they can
be improved.
