There
will be a brief
Banckruptcy Section business meeting prior to the CLE.
This presentation will cover the proposed restyling
of and amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure ahead of the
February 16, 2021 deadline for submitting public comments. We will summarize the
restyling and highlight all pertinent amendments including the proposed rule
changes relating to the Small Business Reorganization Act of
2019.
