ADR, ADA, and COVID-19

Event Description

The ADR Section holds a business meeting at 12 Noon prior to the CLE program that begins by 12:15 pm.

Currently, all bar association programming is REMOTE-ONLY participation. There will be NO in-person attendance until further notice. Please note that this is presented remotely through live webcast. MSBA is now using Zoom. Attendees will have the option to view online and/or dial-in*. Thank you.

In this discussion about ADR, the ADA, and COVID 19, we will talk through tips, tools, and best practices for using ADR processes and skills to help employers and employees engage in and succeed through interactive conversations about reasonable accommodations required by the ADA.  Join us for a lively presentation by two experts in the field with up-to-the-minute information on this critical intersection of ADR, the ADA, and COVID-19.
