Event Description
The ADR Section holds a business meeting at 12 Noon
prior to the CLE program that begins by 12:15 pm.
Please note that this is
presented remotely through live webcast. MSBA is now using Zoom. Attendees will
have the option to view online and/or dial-in.
Currently, all bar association programming is REMOTE-ONLY participation.
There will be NO in-person attendance. Thank
you.
CLE Program:
Although traditional in-person ADR is preferred, COVID-19 is
pushing many arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedings online.
Speakers Bob Huber and Greg Bistram will discuss the procedural and technical
safeguards needed to successfully prepare for and conduct online dispute
resolution.
