Event Description
The ADR Section holds a business meeting at
12 Noon prior to the CLE program that begins by 12:15 pm. Lunch is
brown bag, however, light refreshments will be provided.
CLE Program:
Because our daily work increasingly
involves clients, vendors, stakeholders, and partners who are physically located
far away from each other, the demand for online dispute resolution services
continues to grow. While much of our work as ADR practitioners will remain
the same, remote and online processes bring new challenges and new opportunities
for effective and efficient ADR.
Join us – in person or remotely – for a chance to hear from two
experienced practitioners in remote and online ADR processes about what works,
what does not, and how to provide the best quality processes for your parties no
matter where they (or you) are located.
Please note
that for this program speaker Alex Sanchez will be presenting remotely
online.
