Trials can be fast-paced, stressful and usually involve
high-stakes. Throw in a difficult opposing counsel or a challenging
jurisdiction, and the potential for ethical pitfalls abound. This CLE will
address ethical and professional responsibility rules that arise during a
civil trial.
Registration and lunch will begin at 11:45
am and the program will begin at Noon.
