This presentation will cover the basics of cross
examination at trial, including techniques and strategy. Presenters will review the basics of
leading questions, impeachment, and discovery planning for effective cross-examination. Expert examination will
also be addressed.
Registration and lunch will begin at 11:45 am
and the program will begin at Noon.
