Pre-trial is over, the case didn’t settle, your trial date
is set - now what? This short
course will take you through what you need to
think about and do to successfully and effectively prepare for
your rapidly approaching trial. We will briefly review pre-trial and trial motions, voir
dire, evidentiary and witness considerations, jury charge and verdict form issues,
and protecting the record for appeal.
Registration and lunch will begin at 11:45
am and the program will begin at Noon.
